Quotes
In essence, the only answer to the question of 'how do I live this (one's awakening) in the life' is to find a depth and solidity of Silence within us that is weightier than any movement that could possibly emerge in our experience.
The ultimate Truth can never
be spoken, it can only be lived as a life in constant remembrance with our eternal Reality as it is.
Evolution is the Remembrance of who we really are. True knowledge is the end of experience. Realization is that there has never been two.
True
Non-Duality is the realization of Love as a state of Consciousness. Love is the Infinite
Silence perpetually surrendering itself to itself. This universe is the
reflection and expression of that surrender.
There is a 'Nothing' that is more profound than the 'experience of Nothing'.
Awakening is like the felling of the
tree
of 'me'. Embodiment is the drying and burning of that tree into soft,
warm ash.
This Rest, this Stillness, is never so happy as when it sees itself unveiled from illusion. This is true Love, true Joy.
There is just 'Rest', awake
Wordlessness, that acts as an internal gravitational field within every
speck of existence, calling itself Home.
Initially
the Transcendent Peace may seem to be an experience but eventually it
is revealed to be the end of experience. It's where all activity
returns after it has served its function. Its where the experience of
Peace and its experiencer dissolve into One.
Illusion
and ignorance is anything that believes that it is not 'This'. The
world wakes up to 'This' when we give everything within ourselves that
doesn't believe its Wholeness back to 'This'. This is our highest duty,
our highest service.
This
direct experience of 'Rest' doesn't need anything to uphold its
reality. It doesn't need words. It doesn't need teachings. It doesn't
need you. It is, and because It is, you are.
We
can say things like deepening or embodiment but all that is really
meant by these words is allowing 'This' to absorb everything within
us.
We
can allow everything to be released into this 'Rest'. Every
contraction and constriction, every fear, every insecurity, every
unworthiness. Its all welcomed Home.
Surrender is a word that means giving up. When we give up completely we find ourselves at rest, the Rest that everything is.
At
the end of our seeking, at the end of our search for knowledge, we
discover that there is nothing to seek for, nothing to become. There is
just the non-action of enjoying 'Rest', enjoying everything as it is.
We
can sometimes think that Love is an action, but the deepest essence of
Love is allowing everything to be as it is.
The
entire spiritual evolution can simply be understood as developing the
capacity to stay open and surrendered to whatever wants to arise and
pass away through us in every moment of our lives.
We don't need to be perfect, we just need to be Present.
In this very moment, what is mindful of being mindful?
